Oatmeal Pumpkin Ginger Cookies
1 cup pure canned pumpkin
1- 1 1/2 cup of oatmeal flour
1 1/2 Tbsp molasses
1/4 tsp powdered ginger
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
Mix ingredients together. Add oatmeal flour. Roll into balls and flatten
or roll out and cut into desired shape. Bake at 175 -200 F for about an hour and a half. Then leave in the oven to cool and get
crunchie.
