Remember back when the human-shaming and dog-shaming posts were going on? Mum and I mutually agreed that we would not embarrass each other....but I think I am backing out on that arrangement.
Why you ask? WELL, two weeks ago was my birthday!! I have been patiently waiting for my party, but it has not been forthcoming. I know it's been busy around here, but come on, Mother. You keep telling me that you didn't forget...
So I ask you, is it worse if
(a) someone doesn't remember your birthday at all or
(b) if they know it was your birthday and don't do anything about it?
Well it has to be (b) Veil I think. I would say you have a terrible Mother who doesn't love you enough, but she did post my jumper that Nanny Jean knitted...... Deccy x
ReplyDeleteIs that where that jumper went? I saw Beckett wearing it, but I'm glad it went to you!
DeleteSome human shaming might be needed to correct this situation, Miss Veil. A princess needs to do, what a princess needs to do in order to keep her subjects on the right track.
ReplyDeleteI agree with you there...it's tough keeping them in line.
DeleteI think your mum should give you extra treats every day until you say when. Even if it runs into your next birthday :)
ReplyDeleteThat sounds about right! I might forgive her then...
DeleteI think this calls for a birthday celebration until Christmas, followed by a big Christmas party. I cannot believe that your mom hasn't celebrated your big day!

P.S. You should talk to Beckett. He's saying crazy things on Facebook about how you're not nice to him!
I shall have a word with him! Maybe I need to have my own FB page...
DeleteWhat!!! That is almost abuse :)
ReplyDeleteHappy Happy Birthday Miss Veil - you just get more beautiful every year!
Dip Bridge and Elliot x
Maybe she is planning a surprise party for you. I would give it a few more days.
ReplyDeleteThat is shocking! I don't know what is worse either. Happy Birthday Miss Veil!!
ReplyDeleteHappy Birthday, Veil! I know your mum loves you, but I think agree a little human shaming might suit this situation. ;-)
